Franklin blogger Bryan Maersch of Wag the Dog has uploaded video on his YouTube page from Tuesday's Common Council meeting. The first video is the speech from former 4th District Alderman and challenger in the April, 2011 race, Pete Kosovich, of which a previous post of mine noted how his speech was nowhere near being a concelatory one. The next video is remarks from the Past President of the Franklin Seniors, Casper Green, who is also a member of the city's Personnel Committee. Green felt the need to respond to Kosovich's remarks that evening. After the jump are the videos:
